For the 2008 year, we are pleased to announce that the firm will be guided by three new Managing Directors:

Gary S. Jacobson was elected a Managing Director of the Firm. Mr. Jacobson practices in the areas of Insolvency and Business Reorganization, Corporate and Banking, and Civil Litigation.

Howard G. Katz was elected a Managing Director of the Firm. Mr. Katz practices in the areas of Corporate and Banking, Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Land Use.

Michael Osterman was elected a Managing Director of the Firm. Mr. Osterman practices in the areas of Real Estate and Land Use.
